Shipping:
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, NOT including preorder items. *With the exception of 1-3 additional business days on new drop products and high influx sales.* Orders are processed in the order they are received. LUST LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address listed on the order.
The address listed on the order is the address we ship to. (Please ensure your address is correct prior to completing your order). All orders are shipped via USPS for domestic and international.
International shipments have longer shipping times and may take up to 1-2 months for delivery due to customs . If a package is returned or rejected, you are responsible for payment of re-shipped orders.
Returns:
All sales are final. All products are non-refundable, however if there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us. User error in the application process of stickers are not admissible for refund. Please apply stickers and banners carefully!
